- Start 7/19 - TFS 2010 implementation and customization – key is Agile Methodology *Qualifications* Core Competencies: • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task • Aptitude to learn and adopt new technologies and techniques • Ability to work directly with customers/project owners • Strong communication skills • Motivated self-starter • Thrives within a team environment • 3+ projects involving the implementation of TFS environments • Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management in VS2010 and TFS 2010, with an emphasis on requirements management, traceability, and test case management. • Experience with Agile development, esp. SCRUM. Certified scrum master preferred, but not necessary. • Ability to guide and mentor development teams in basic development methodologies, often working shoulder to shoulder with client development teams and leading by example. • Installation and initial configuration of TFS 2010. • Experience with customization of templates and workflows in TFS 2010. • Experience creating and customizing reports in TFS 2010. • Ability to set up and configure MS Build scripts. • Ability to guide the implementation of static code analysis, coded unit testing, check in policies, and gated check-ins.
