1)      Role: Sharepoint Business Analyst

Location: Jacksonville, IL

Duration: 6 months



Working with business partners in creating SharePoint solutions to
automate/streamline business process.




*Job Requirements:*
 They will need a strong background in SharePoint administration and
Microsoft supporting products. (SQL Server, Windows 2008, Office, Visio,
Access, Messaging, OCS, etc.). they will not be performing SharePoint
administration.  Must have excellent communications skills and experience
working with the business side.





2)      Role: Sharepoint Business Analyst

Location: Jacksonville, IL

Duration: 6 months



** PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN to candidates with *Human Resource (HR) business
experience*. This is a big plus!

   ** Initial contractperiod is 3 months, likely will be extended, could
possibly roll perm for the right candidates.

·         Developing, administering, configuring and updating HR Intranet
and SharePoint web sites. Ensuring updated and user friendly self-service
(Intranet content and transactions) capabilities are available to employees
and managers as a primary channel for HR programs and services

·         Designing, creating  and maintaining SharePoint workflows

·         Working in conjunction with other members and teams throughout the
corporation to deliver web based HR and workforce solutions in accordance
with defined tools, practices, principles and procedures

·         Providing intranet based solutions that bring efficiencies,
cost-savings, collaboration, and relevant communication to managers and
employees

·         Participating in the design, development, deployment and
evaluation of intranet applications and web-based services

·         Identifying, recommending and, as appropriate, developing and
implementing the next generation HR intranet tools to drive workforce
productivity and support HR strategies

·         Participating in assessing and delivering “off-the-shelf
capabilities” by working with IT and other business partners to streamline
and create, and speed the adoption of, more common processes and tools

·         Actively seeking opportunities to improve HR and company services
and performance through enhanced understanding and utilization of HR
intranet capabilities

·         Using creative and innovative (actively looks for) opportunities
to improve company services and performance through enhanced use of HR
systems
