Rate - ALAP
* Preferable VMWare Admin certified -- On ESX 3.5 and vSphere
* One who is able to do P2Vs, V2Vs in ESX 3.5 and vSPhere 4.0
environments within same location and remote locations
* ESX vSPhere 4.0, VC 4.0 installations
* Support of these environments
* Monitoring for capacity
* SRM (Site Recovery Manager) support for Failover from one site to
the other
* SQL 2000/SQL 2005/SQL 2008 on VMs. Setting up of Single node
Microsoft clustering and MS clustering on VMs
* Thin provisioning for storage optimization, storage handling
* vMotion from one cluster to another
* Upgrades from ESX 3.5 to vSPhere 4.0
* Should work with HP(EDS) and Marathon
* Excellent communication skills
