Position: Application Architect Location: Albany, NY Duration: 18 Months *Mandatory Requirements:* Associate Degree in computer science or related field. Five to Seven years experience designing and implementing large scale open systems environments. *Desirable Experience:* Good communication and interpersonal skills. Four (4) years experience working within a SACWIS (Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System) based system as part of the Application Development organization. Six (6) years of progressive experience as a lead architect working with project staff (both program and technical staff) developing both the client and the middle tier software for a large complex Client Server environment, (using an “N-tiered” methodology, using Visual Basic based on a defined technical design.
