Our candidate should have end to end implementation experience working independently. * * * *Description*: Web development firm seeking a Senior Microsoft SharePoint 2007/2010 Developer for long term, on site contract position. Developer will lead and be responsible for full development of intranet site using existing requirements document that includes: workflows, web parts, third party integration. We are seeking a great communicator, as there may be face-to-face client meetings periodically required for benchmarking purposes. Excellent communicator. Advanced user of Microsoft Word to track and update master business requirements document. Extremely detail-oriented and ability to 'take ownership' of the project and periodically lead development planning and discussions. *Requirements:* * * · The candidate must have developed and deployed sites using SharePoint 2007. · Candidate must have worked with, and be familiar with, all the new features of SharePoint 2010. · Must have experience with implementing security using Roles/Groups for an Intranet. · At least 5 years experience with the .NET Framework including .NET 2.0/3.0/3.5 and C#. · At least 2 years experience with SharePoint 2007 and MOSS technologies including web part development, master pages, workflows, and infopath. · Experience in configuring and customizing SharePoint sites. · Experience with CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and HTML. · Experience reading and implementing architecture specs. · Experience working within object oriented software development methodologies and practices across all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle. · Experience with Silverlight not required, but preferred. · Local resources only.
