They will lead IT teams in the delivery of solutions to internal customers. Some key deliverables for BSA’s are Product Requirement Documents (PRD,) project plans, staffing plans, scoping documents and Relationship Diagrams. * * Skills and Experience: - At least 6+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), in a Data Warehousing realm with strong Planning/Analytical Skills - Understanding of Snowflake or Star Schema data warehouse concepts - Technical experience with ETL, databases, data marts, data warehousing and reporting tools (Microstrategy and Business Objects). - At least 1 year of experience with Siebel and/or Siebel Analytics is preferred. - Excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills.
