Specific Skills Required
. Effective at communicating with operators, head operators, shift
supervisors, and support groups.
. Knowledge of Operations Process Trains/Procedures
. ECC (MM, PP-PI & SD)/MII (Load, Unload & Operation) basic
transactional Knowledge
Responsibilities
. Correct transaction errors in MII associated with loads, unloads,
transfers, and blends.
. Analyze errors to determine root cause; operator error, system
defect, program communication error, etc.
. Work with inventory technicians to evaluate inherited system
issues, equipment issues, and identify training opportunities.
. Train Operators in MII and ensure consistency across crews.
. Train Shift Supervisors to identify and correct transactional
errors in ECC and MII and assume Power User responsibilities.
. Assist Training Department with developing training documentation.
Includes providing screen shots, education on work process, and review of
training material.
. Assist stabilization team with system improvements. Includes
testing of bundle changes, tailgating of bundle changes, resource for FA's
during change development, and generation of remedy tickets
