*As a Siebel CTMS Functional BA you may be responsible for leading and/or
participating in ***
*following types of tasks associated with Siebel CTMS initiative:**
· Overall process definition for CTMS independent of toolset
· Facilitate session for to-be processes for CTMS based on leading practices
· Process definition and design for Siebel CTMS implementations
· Requirements definition and mapping for Siebel CTMS implementations
· Test definition, scenario, and script development for Siebel CTMS
implementations
· Leading test execution for Siebel CTMS implementations
· Leading training definition and development for Siebel CTMS
implementations
· General change management activities for Siebel CTMS implementations
In this role you will work with client representatives and technical teams
in developing solutions***
*that address the people, process, and technology needs of the organization
related to the Siebel CTMS***
*implementation. Ultimately, you will be accountable for ensuring the
successful and timely development***
*and delivery of all Siebel CTMS related functional work products.**
Desired Skills
Individuals being considered for this position must have the following
skills:
· Superb written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills
· Significant Consulting/client facing background
· Outstanding teamwork skills
· Keen attention to detail
· Led process transformation activities for on a CTMS implementation
· Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities
· Multiple experiences with process definition and design, requirements
definition and mapping, participation in testing and/or training phases for
Siebel CTMS
· Outstanding academic achievement with a strong record of extracurricular
activity and leadership
· At least 3 years of Siebel CTMS implementation experience (at least 1 in
8.0 or 8.1 preferred)
· Participation in each phase of at least three full Siebel lifecycle
implementations
· Functional configuration and/or design experience in one or more Siebel
suite of products (SSA, Call Center, etc.)
· Siebel Business Analyst certification (7 or greater)
· Knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. ***
