Requires experience with Site Studio designer/development including the latest version (10G R4). Requires experience creating new websites, performing site studio administration, creating page templates, creating region templates, creating region definition, creating placeholder definitions, and IDOC Scripting to create websites per business requirements. Requires experience configuring and creating criteria workflows and extending them per business requirements. Requires experience with Metadata configuration (including setup of Profiles, and Rules) and experience with customizations per business requirements. Requires experience designing and developing custom components using IDOC/Java coding. Requires experience with deployment utilities and understanding of each of those utils - Site Replication Tool, Site Replicator, Archiver, Backup and Restore. Requires experience with how Site Studio Contribution mode works (CTRL-SHIFT-F5). A plus would be to know how this works from a business user (Content Author) perspective.
