  JOB OVERVIEW:

The Project Manager (PM) will work closely with decision makers across the
organization to develop, implement, and transition to support cost-effective
business technology solutions. The PM will lead the technical design and
development of an Access Permission System as well as an Employee Enterprise
Service Bus (ESB) which incorporate technical infrastructure and software,
developing the production support model as well as championing all technical
program/project planning and milestone development. He/she will manage the
scope and objectives based on user needs and work at a high level of
application systems analysis activities. This position will plan, manage,
and deliver business technology applications using systems expertise,
procedures, and methods. The candidate must be experienced and knowledgeable
in the latest trends and developments in enterprise IT solutions in the
Healthcare industry,

  TRAINING AND TYPE OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

·        IT project management experience a must. MS Project skills a must

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must

·         Experience developing training requirements and the training of
users in a computerized system is a significant advantage

·        Advanced MS-Excel and MS-Word proficiency required

·        Design services and ability to oversee the development of
distributed, highly scalable, efficient, and fault-tolerant systems focused
on creating solutions within service-oriented architecture (SOA)

·        Conduct code reviews and training sessions and have the ability to
convey new technology to others

·        Develop and implement best practices and policies for ESB/SOA

·        Understand data principles of normalization, data access methods,
SOA, EIA, etc.

·        Understand ESB Services as well as design architecturally sound ESB
solutions for various areas of the business

·        Experience with third party message queue systems  (Sonic MQ or
equivalent)

·        Strong problem solving, analytical and programming skills with a
strong understanding of principles behind service-oriented architecture
(SOA)

·        Healthcare industry experience preferred

·         Ability to work well with customers, i.e. internal ImClone users

·         Ability to work independently, and on multiple concurrent project
initiatives is a must

·         Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic to learn and share ideas and
solutions effectively with management and colleagues

·        Problem solving skills at must

·        Ability to manage small to medium sized projects

·        Database experience using SQL or Oracle preferred

·        Experience with structure SDLC process; Agile a plus



  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

% OF TIME

1.    Work with team members to define project tasks and estimate time
lines.  Manage the day to day tasks of the team to ensure that milestones
are met and the project is delivered on schedule. Support the departmental
initiatives and goals.

2.    Design, implement and deploy user-centric business technology
solutions, with the focus on customer-friendly interfaces, usability and
security, following ImClone’s SDLC methodology.

3.    Keep abreast of industry solutions and recommend configuration and
design choices. Produce design specifications based on business
requirements.

4.    Ensure that all deliverables are of the highest quality prior to
submitting to the Project Sponsor or Business Owner. Assist with the
authoring of the Installation Verification, System Verification, Deployment
Plan, Traceability Matrix and Verification Summary Report deliverables.

5.    Implement and system test the solution based on the design and test
scripts.

6.    Develop training materials and provide required training for business
users/customers.

7.    Ensure that the business technology solutions being implemented are
compliant with all relevant regulations (ie: 21 CFR Part 11, Sarbanes Oxley,
GxP, privacy data practices, ImClone and Lilly corporate policies).
