*Duration*:* 1 year Location*:* West Palm Beach, FL-33406 * *Job Description* *The following items are highlighted from the SOW:* -Minimum 3-5 years hands on SAP Time/Travel configuration experience required -Minimum 3-5 years hands on Payroll configuration experience preferred -Configure Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS) and integrate it with other SAP components, including Human Capital Management (HCM), Plant Maintenance (PM), Materials Management (MM), and ERP Financials -Cross-functional experience in other HR related modules (OM, PA, BN) and other Finance modules a plus -Must possess solid understanding of all integration points in HCM -Must possess a good understanding of structural based security *Scope of Work:* • The Time/Travel/Payroll Consultant will collaborate with District staff and with other contractors to support the existing SAP HR system and participate in future SAP HR projects as it relates to Time, Travel and Payroll processes. • The Contractor will use his/her SAP HCM experience in working with a variety of SAP Human Resource, Payroll, FI/CO, MM, PM and PS application areas including personnel administration, benefits, time, travel and training administration to collaborate with staff members, IT colleagues, and other stakeholders to define and document detailed customer requirements, and then to design and develop system solutions. Contractor shall mentor District staff and be responsible for knowledge transfer. *Responsibilities & Qualifications:* * The required knowledge and skills for the role are:* • Configure Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS) and integrate it with other SAP components, including Human Capital Management (HCM), Plant Maintenance (PM), Materials Management (MM), and ERP Financials. • Solid understanding of how CO is updated by CATS and HR. • Solid understanding of creating ESS and CATS time entry profiles. • Solid understanding of CATS behind-the-scenes data processing and utilizing user exits. • Solid understanding of CATS and SAP HR authorization concept. • Configure and maintain settings in SAP Travel Management and at least one other sub-module including PA, PD, OM or BN. • Solid understanding of how Travel Management automates the travel process from pre-tip approval to expense reporting. • Good exposure in the configuration of Personnel Administration, Benefits and Payroll modules • Ability and experience analyzing complex business processes, evaluating alternatives and reaching sound logical conclusions regarding process design and complicated problem resolution. • *Knowledge of the following HCM sub modules and integration points:* • Personnel Administration (including Info type Sub screen) • Organization Management • Employee Self Service • Benefits • Compensation • Personnel Development • Ability to clearly, concisely and thoroughly communicate and document business processes with Time/Travel/Payroll operation. • Excellent communication skills. • Strong configuration and design skills. • Ability to estimate work effort and prioritize workload. • Prepare unit test plan and data, and perform unit testing. • Ability and experience exercising independent judgment and initiative within established guidelines. • Ability and experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other staff members in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment, which requires a high degree of teamwork and accountability to meet deadlines. • Proficiency with Microsoft desktop software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Knowledge of SAP structural and role based security • Some ABAP knowledge is a plus *The required qualifications for the role are:* • Minimum 3-5 years hands on SAP Time/Travel configuration experience • Cross-functional experience in other HR related modules (PY, BN, etc.) and other Finance modules a plus • In-depth knowledge of ASAP methodology and toolsets *The desired knowledge and skills for the role are:* • Configure and maintain settings in SAP Payroll and at least one other sub-module including PA, PD, OM or BN • Good understanding of Payroll processes. *The desired qualifications for the role are:* · Minimum of 3-5 years hands on SAP Payroll configuration experience. · Creative problem resolution and clear business analytical skills. · In-depth knowledge of ASAP methodology and toolsets. -- Thanks Marcus Parker Element Technologies 15 Corporate Place South, Ste 209 Piscataway, NJ - 08854 Phone : 732-333-4659 Email: [email protected] Web: www.elementtechnologies.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
