This is more than a Cognos development position. The right developer will be at a senior level in all 3 areas. The interview process is very deep and they leave no stone unturned. I’ve attached the resumes for the guys that didn’t make it past their sniff test. They do 1 hour interviews and information listed on the resume will be validated and verified. Someone that has worked in a smaller team environment would be preferred. We’ve had difficulty with candidates from larger teams. They tend to be segmented out from a responsibility standpoint.* Looking for candidate with strong experience in *Report Studio, Framework Manager and Transformer* experience.
