Following are the modules that make up the net FORUM AMS system: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Accounting, Events, Exhibits, Membership, Inventory, E-marketing, Fundraising, Awards, Certification and Grants. The net Forum's CRM module is the focal point of the entire AMS system. It allows user to manage member and prospect records with a customer-service rather than a product focus. *Responsibilities:*** - Analyzed business requirements, functional specifications, use case documents. - Assisted Project Manager in writing Functional, Integration and Master test Plans. - Involved in Design and development of test plans based on high-level and detailed designs. - Worked on both Manual and Automated testing tools. - Performed Integration, functional testing for each business object and GUI, Positive, Negative Testing. - Performed Validation Testing. - Developed and maintained automated test scripts to support Regression testing. - Writing test cases for the application with respect to the user requirement document. - Involved in Resolving Production support Issues. - Involved in Backend testing of General Ledger Accounts (G/L accounts). - Extensively used Quick Test Pro for automating the functionality of applications. - Monitor and insure compliance with established Release management. - Involved in overall System Testing including Address Verification tools (CDYNE, MAILERS and ZP4) and also Payment Processing software (Verisign). - Responsible for effective functioning of Netforum/eweb. - Worked as a part of the software quality assurance team to meet Capability Maturity Model (CMM) - Interacted with Clients and tested Client Customizations. - Performed audits of existing software QA processes to CMM level 3. Implemented a QA software process improvement program to correct process deficiencies and bring software processes to CMM level 3.
