Position: .Net team Lead
Location: Hopewell- NJ
Duration: 2-6+ Months

Requires creating a .NET Web application (aspx/ .NET 3.5) to support the
enabling ML Banking Fulfillment processes. The .NET UI application will
interface with the ML Business Process Framework (BPF) , the security
framewoirk (IF) and data Web services framework (DSF).
*Job Functions or Responsibilities
Sr tech team lead with thorough experience inDESIGNING and UI development
using ASP.Net, .Net Custom controls , Javascript, AJAX controls Experience
in developing secure Web Applications. MUST possess UI design skills.
*Must Have Educational Qualifications/Skills/Experience (Basic
Qualifications)
*Minimum Years Required
6-10 Years of experience DESIGNING and developing secure web applications

Expertise in Designing High Performance , Scalable and secure ASP.Net web
applications in .NET ( 2.0/3.0/3.5 plus) using C#.

Expertise in Developing High Performance , Scalable and secure ASP.Net web
applications in .NET ( 2.0/3.0/3.5 plus) using C#

Hands-on experience in designing and developing custom controls using
ASP.NET
6
Hands-on experience in designing and developing client-side UI logic using
Javascript
6
Hands-on experience in designing and developing and using stylesheets
6
Knowledge of web services (asmx and WCF) and XML related technologies.

Experience with working with clients for requirements/ design.

Experience with leading/ guiding a team of developers.

Experience with reviewing code.

*Must Have Soft Skills/Experience (i.e. communications, environment)
Superior hands-on design, development, and deployment experience
Consulting skills and ability work in fast paced environment
Design and document component specifications and component relationship
definition.
Creative and strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
Nice to Have Skills/Experience
Knowledge of cutting edge technologies (e.g.NET 4.0)
Extensive portfolio demonstrating the effective software architecture and
component design for web based applications.
