*HP Openview Admin* *Plano, TX* *1+ Year Contract* * * *This role supports the client BAC infrastructure in delivering and maintaining Systems Management Event Monitoring capability.* *Principal Accountabilities:* *Implementation and support of the Enterprise Systems Management Monitoring solution (HP Openview) enabling robust Event Monitoring across all strategic platforms, Databases, Network, Web, SAP, TIBCO, and others as well as Service Level Agreement and Business Impact monitoring.* *Provide technical consulting.* *Maintain health of the environment by keeping the environment current with upgrades and patches and by troubleshooting and resolving issues with the associated tools.* *Enable further deployment of Systems Management tools.* *Partner with customers to gather project requirements and implement monitoring.* *Develop scripts to automate processes.
