Title: PEGA BPM System Administrator Job Description: Provide expertise for project related activities, including architectural drawings, JRS sessions, framework hierarchy and PEGA best practices. Able to troubleshoot and provide resolutions of PEGA issues due to security, certificate, communication, JRE, configuration and integration issues and problems. Willing to provide mentoring of on staff resources that have received initial PEGA training, but lack real world experience. Provide support to PEGA Development staff, including setting up IDs, groups, security, and desktop configuration issues, create project documentation, etc. Ability to Work with other IT groups when PEGA is involved, as needed.
