Lead developer to enhance and provide 3rd level support to our in-house capacity management portal and reporting system. Meet with stakeholders for the capman application to gather functional requirements for enhancements. Work with departmental manager to accept/reject and prioritize requirements for implementation. Develop a work plan and schedule to implement requirements. Here is an example of typical enhancements: • Graphs enhancements – Include date/time on graph points, Add support for multi metrics, add support for selectable metrics. • VM Dashboard changes to use the latest data collected by Powershell • Help page enhancements on CapMan • Monthly Reports for DBAs. • Ad-hoc report( Daily/Weekly/Monthly) generation facilities for DBA/ SA • CHP Graphical View integration On CapMan. • As part of the CHPng project responsible for the timely delivery of all work packages and components agreed upon with your manager.
