Title: SharePoint Administrator Contract Duration: 3-6mths Location: Fishers, Indiana
RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and execute project plans for system and application implementations Validate the application and database server hardware/OS configurations to insure that they meet vendor specification Install, upgrade and configure servers and required application components on designated platforms Install, upgrade and administer the Microsoft SharePoint platforms and solutions Create, upgrade packages for MS SharePoint Provide 24 x 7 on-call support In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Core Technologies including Active Directory Strong understanding of Network principles (TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, VPN, Wireless) Experience with design, deployment, administration and support of MS SharePoint Experience with SQL Development as it relates to SharePoint Database. Working knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise technologies Project planning and execution Effective oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to simplify and organize complex information for executive presentations Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge and experience working with SharePoint 2007/2010, Index Server, SQL Server 2005, clustering and related Hardware. Proficiency and working experience in installation, configuration, and administration of SharePoint 2007/2010 including Windows SharePoint Services.
