Ability to lead and support the configuration functions of Siebel Applications CRM/Public Sector, Tools and Oracle Policy Automation (OPA), in a Windows Server environment Proven knowledge of Siebel, OPA and BI Publisher Proven knowledge in a Windows Server 2008 environment Strong project leadership and mentoring skills Ability to configure reports for the business area using the BI Publisher product Ability to perform software configuration accompanied by strong analytical skills Ability to perform testing Ability to perform problem resolution Ability to perform configuration enhancements Ability to perform the above work focused on application development and support Ability to create documentation that can be used for training Ability to maintain a good working environment and relationship with the contracting vendor for the project and State resources Ability to develop and follow SRS IT application deployment life cycle processes (Education on these processes would be conducted by SRS upon arrival.)
