All candidate MUST come for a face to face interview….* *MUST HAVES:* Open to having a mid-level or senior-level person (skill set correlates to bill rate) 5-7 years experience in a technical analyst/development role Past development experience on the mainframe and/or .Net (hands-on) Experience working with Property and Casualty Insurance (at any point in their career) Ability to take the entire project from start to finish: gathering technical requirements, writing scope of project, interfacing with developers, developing if need be Great multi-tasking skills and communication skills Experience meeting and interfacing with end users and customers. *PLUSSES:* Testing ability *DAY TO DAY*: The candidate will be working with the Underwriting department within Zurich Insurance. They will be focusing on new product development within the Insurance realm, specifically with Property and Casualty.
