Successful candidates will have strong LoadRunner skills as well as a extensive systems monitoring and analysis experience. * * *Required skills: * . Completes test preparation and test execution tasks as assigned by QA Manager. . Designs and Implements Performance test plans based on system understanding and analysis of functional and system specifications. . Executes Performance test executions as directed by QA Manager . Maintains existing Performance Test scripts . Analyzes results and recommends changes to system, database and application configuration based on said results . Identifies test data requirements and generates required test data. . Analyzes and Documents test results to provide in-depth reporting to peers and management . Reports defects and shepherds them through the defect life cycle to closure. . Reports test progress and quality status to project stakeholders. . Prioritizes performance test cases taking into account business priorities, risk, and combinatorial analysis. . Participates in project release efforts ranging in scope from small to very large . Manages and configures test environments as necessary to support test efforts . Works with peers in development and other organizations to troubleshoot and resolve project issues both technical and non-technical in nature . Serves as a subject matter expert on performance testing . Participates in and occasionally leads process improvement efforts within QA and the larger technology organization .
