**

*Duties              *

Support HR BPO projects, particularly involving PeopleSoft HCM. Develop
functional specifications for merger/acquisition activities involving *
PeopleSoft*, with an emphasis on payroll conversions. Project manage
outsourced functional and technical resources, as well as shared services
resources on projects relating to acquisitions and divestitures, cyclical
(payroll year-end) and special payroll projects. Ability to project manage
benefits annual enrollment, new vendor interface projects, etc. Support end
users with questions on use of PeopleSoft Candidate Gateway. Write simple PS
queries.



*Skills              *

Functional expertise in *PeopleSoft* *HCM*; *Payroll*, *Benefits*. *Specialized
knowledge of human resources functions including but not limited to
compensation, benefits, payroll, recruiting and staffing.***



*Education           *

Extensive PeopleSoft HCM experience as project manager or functional lead.
Extensive HR background. PeopleSoft payroll mergers and acquisition
experience preferred.
