*Please respond with Resume, Rate and Phone numbers of the Consultant to: [email protected] ASAP.* * * *Make sure the Consultant's skills match the requirement.*** * * *Position: Sr. Business Analyst ( Facets )* *Location: Greenwood Village, CO * *Duration: 12 months Contract* *Rate: Open* *Positions: 3* Deliverables include: 1 1) Support Business Analyst and Business team performing a deeper dive into current BRD to flush our pure business requirements and produce a revised BRD, without system bias. 2) Evaluate and analyze Option 1 - utilizing the ETM tool (Bloomfield system) to meet MRC2 business requirements - identify gaps and solutions to satisfy the gaps, identify high level system impacts, and pros and cons. Work with Architect to determine scalability, reliability, supportability, etc. Document High-level analysis findings in Caliber, produce a Conceptual System Flow, and assist Business with a "To Be" Business Process Flow. 3) Evaluate and analyze Option 2 - utilizing the SANP and/or Integrated NetworX sytem(s) to meet MRC2 business requirements - idenfity gaps and solutions to satisfy the gaps, identify high level system impacts, and pros and cons. Work with Architect to determine scalability, reliability, supportability, etc. Document High-level analysis findings in Caliber, produce a Conceptual System Flow, and assist Business with a "To Be" Business Process Flow. (SA2) 4) Present findings, Flows to IT and Business Management with the goal of obtaining a decision on one of the two options - perform follow-up analysis, update findings and notes in Caliber, and present findings back to IT and Business Mgmt - reach decision (SA1 and SA2) 5) Based on decision and follow-up analysis that was performed a) support BA to finalize the BRD, b) finalize and refine analysis findings and notes in Caliber for selected option, c) finalize the Conceptual System Flow for the selected option, d) support the BA to finalize the "To Be" Business Process flow for the selected option, e) Present the selected option to Application Managers/Teams, and f) support application team development of Class D estimates. 6) Move into the MRC2 Development project after the MRC2 Discovery project is completed. SKILLS: Requirements gathering, Requirements document, Analysis, analysis document, High level Design doc Understanding of Facets and the Facets claim flows. Trizetto SANP (Stand Alone NetworX Pricer) knowledge also a benefit.
