OMS (Opportunity Management System) All are internal applications to BCBS so you would have to find someone that has already worked at a Blue to have this experience. If you can’t find someone with Blue experience, I would look for QA people that have experience testing Siebel applications, specifically sales and marketing apps. *Required skills:* · Minimum 5 years as system integration tester. · Proficiency in Quality Center for test management and defect tracking. · Knowledge of various software development life cycles (Waterfall & Agile). · Use of SQL, Excel macros, and other programs for review and validation of test files and data bases. · Ability to write and execute detailed test cases. · Familiar with SDLC methodology. · Must be a highly skilled professional with strong analytical, test planning and communication skills. Ability to problem solve, multi-task and work as part of a larger project team. Must possess excellent speaking/writing skills and work effectively with peers and management. Desired skills: Previous BCBS (any one) experience is highly desired and will make a difference - Experience with other Blue Plans highly preferable.
