*QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements: * Local candidates preferred/Financial experience a plus Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field -or- 10 years equivalent work experience is required. 8 or more years of technical project management or business analysis experience. Experience in gathering requirements, functional design, and documenting business processes. 8 or more years of experience in facilitating evaluation of business requirements for business application integration, service activation, delivering new or modified software systems enhancements.. 8 or more years experience performing within the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Visio. Must be able to create detailed charts and graphs and work with pivot tables. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills. Ability to communicate technically complex IT concepts to business clients. Candidates selected for interviews, will be required to supply a representative sampling of their writing in the form of business requirements and memorandum directed to senior management. The samples provided must have been written within the last 12 months. This individual shall be organized and detail oriented. Experience with various web-based and mainframe technologies. *Preferred skills/experience: * Compuware Optimal Trace experience. Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP ®) or other IT certifications are a plus. Experience in software vendor relationship/management activities. Experience in Financial Industry / Banking applications (e.g. Management Accounting / Controller, Audit, Fraud Detection, Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, Corporate Planning).
