**General Description:
*The Sr. Systems Analyst (“SA”) collects, analyzes, reviews, documents, and
communicates business needs and technical requirements for IT Development.
Additionally, the SA will perform the role of IT point of contact for the
projects for which they are responsible.
*
Responsibilities:
*·         Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, use
cases, and task and workflow analysis.

·         Is responsible for producing business requirements and system
specifications and managing requirements throughout the SDLC.   This
includes:

o   Eliciting requirements using interviews, information gathering sessions,
process analysis, document analysis, etc.

o   Documenting process flows, sequence diagrams, context diagrams, etc.

o   Producing screen mockups or wireframes

o   Documenting detailed functional and non-functional technical
requirements

o   Facilitating JAD sessions and requirement walkthroughs

o   Taking ownership of the requirements and managing the scope of these
requirements throughout the SDLC

o   Supporting the ongoing questions from development and QA regarding
requirements

o   Supporting post deployment support activities

·         Strong technical, analytical and product management skills
required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer
business needs and translate them into application and operational
requirements.
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability
to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and
subject matter experts.
·         Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and
external customers) and the software development team through which
requirements flow.
·         Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to
establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and
performance needs.
·         Act as the IT single point of contact on business-sponsored
changes and function as the liaison between the business customer and
technical teams.
·         Experience must include systems analysis responsibilities in an
environment with multiple integrated applications


*Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:*

   - Self starter who can work effectively, independently, as well as, in a
   cross functional team environment
   - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, managing customer
   expectations and priorities.
   - Comfortable working in an unstructured, fast paced environment that
   embraces an entrepreneurial spirit
   - Strong organizational skills a must
   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
   - Telephony experience required
   - VoIP technologies a plus
   - Solid functional knowledge of Siebel preferable
