Person must have working knowledge of writing, editing, reading and following the logic of rules as well as member lists. Must understand meta data, how to read meta data setup in HFM along with impacts of attributes of meta data and how that impacts financial data. Must have working ability to drill thru data to determine root cause of issues and provide possible solutions. Will be responsible for interacting and communicating with end users on all tickets/issues dealing with HFM and providing answers. Must be able to work on a tight timeline for month end close support. Basic understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and financial statements highly desirable.
