The primary responsibilities of the Business Analyst are to perform 3rd
level incident support and analysis of insurance applications used by agents
and their field staff. The Business Analyst are responsible for researching
issues and working with technical and business teams to address the user's
concerns and determine the root cause of the issues to drive software
updates to correct the problem
