Technology tools to include, but are not limited to: Hyperion Essbase and Visual Basic; ASP; VB Script; JavaScript: Java; HTML; SQL; ODBC; Relational Databases (Informix, DB2, SQL Server); COM; AlphaBlox; OLAP/Multi-Dimensional Data Structures (Relational Star-Schemas; Essbase Cubes); Unix; IIS and NT Server Administration. Experienced in all aspects of Data Warehousing architectures, methodologies and information delivery services. Previous experience includes working with multi-dimensional data structures and OLAP technologies. This individual: - Is proficient in gathering and analyzing business information needs/issues and designing on-line query and analytical (Business Intelligence) applications, which enable business clients to perform their job accountabilities confidently and in the most time efficient manner. Has experience interfacing directly with customers and aggressively meeting customer expectations. - Will be responsible for the design of technical specifications from functional business requirements; will also be responsible for developing and implementing appropriate solutions. - Has experience designing, building and implementing multi-dimensional views into financial and operational transactions - Has experience designing, building and implementing applications that support Plan, Budget and Forecast cycles - Is knowledgeable in general Accounting and Finance functions - Is able to function independently with minimal oversight/direction and is also capable of authoring quality documentation deliverables.
