* * Job Title: .Net Developer Duration: 6+ months Location: Orlando, FL - Working on a team of experienced .Net developers, the candidate will be responsible for delivering software components in support of the current initiative. - Provide technical support for projects including software requirements, design, development, and unit testing. Provide support to quality assurance teams during testing phases, such as troubleshooting environment issues and defect resolution. Emphasize security and compliance considerations during design and construction phases. - Work with management and senior team members in support of project initiative by estimating work efforts, providing work effort timelines, and creating relevant technical documentation. Work with other enterprise IT teams to facilitate initiative delivery and system integration. - Perform operational, health, and performance monitoring making proactive recommendations for improvement of current application software or infrastructure in support of operational efficiencies. Work with management and senior team members to minimize or automate manual processes. - *Computer Science degree preferred but equivalent experience may be substituted.* Demonstration of *good technical and tactical thinking and problem solving*. - *8 years broad and in-depth experience and knowledge of information technologies*, such as application development technologies, programming languages, application development environments, application integration technologies, web-based technologies, database technologies, system software and security awareness. - *Software development experience* in support of SOX, PCI, or other security related initiatives a plus. - Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
