· Profiling of skills in order to ensure performanced based training
plans are created accurately.
· Performance analysis using HPI (Human Performance Improvement)
methodology
· Create recommendations and work with team members in developing
solutions for those recommendations based on performance analysis

which focuses on servicing the learning and performance needs for the P&C
