Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills. Experience with IBM RequisitePro and ClearQuest Ability to lead meetings with various constituents and drive to consensus and resolution of questions/issues. Bachelors Degree (or equivalent work experience) required - information systems or business administration. Customer-focused, "do what it takes" attitude.
