This person will be responsible for implementation of distributed systems in the customer technology space. The candidate must understand commonly used development methodologies and have experience working with multiple processes. This includes requirements gathering, analysis, design, and implementation, and testing techniques and methodologies. Special emphasis will be placed on object oriented design skills and design pattern knowledge. The candidate should be able to learn the position and contribute quickly in this fast-paced environment and be good team player. Roles and Responsibilities assigned may include: • Demonstrates strong working knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis/ Design methodologies and life cycles • Displays ability to work and communicate equally well with developers, architects, project managers, business and QA analysts • Utilizes object oriented development tools to analyze, model, design, construct and test software systems • Responsible for the design, prototype, and development of applications in the J2EE and .NET environment • Provides technical direction and leadership for project development team • Works with the Technical PM to create the task list and estimates for the Elaboration and Construction schedule • Establishes goals for the prototype which will show the mitigation of each risk item at the end of the prototyping process • Leads the technical team in the design of the project • Assists the team in the construction/unit testing effort • Works with technical resources on other development teams involved in the project on API and integration issues • Holds code reviews with development team members • Conducts a high-level review of the code and the test cases with the architect • Escalates design/testing/coding/API issues to the architect and Technical PM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: • 7-10 years of IT experience with a minimum of 3 years in a technical lead role. • C# .NET, .NET Compact Framework, NUnit • Silverlight and WPF • Java/J2EE technologies — EJB, Servlet, JMS, JSP, Web Services and Struts • IBM Websphere 6.x. • Hibernate ORM framework, Spring framework • Object Oriented analysis and design • UML, design patterns and component-based development • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language • Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable • Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable DESIRABLE: • IBM MQ Series • Airline business knowledge. • Familiar with service-oriented architecture, frameworks, reusable components and web services • Mobile application development is a plus *Thanks & Regards,* * * *Prasad Mamidela| Technical Recruiter** |** **Cigniti, Inc ®* *Email: *pra...@cigniti.com *| *www.cigniti.com *IM: prasad_cigniti <prasad_cign...@yahoo.co.in>* * *http://in.linkedin.com/in/prasadmamidela** *433 E Las Colinas Blvd. # 1240 Irving TX 75039* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
