The Development Lead will provide technical direction to the development team, create design for developers to code, mentor developers, perform code reviews, create release plans, troubleshoot production issues*,* and assist with project planning. The Lead will interface with the development teams, architects, infrastructure team, QA team, Support team and Management. The Lead is responsible for resolving technical issues related to development. The Lead must have the ability to communicate at the appropriate level of detail with technical personnel as well as with Project Managers. Some hands-on coding will be required.
