Excellent working knowledge of Drupal 6 Core, modules, and related distributions such as Pressflow. Comfortable with UNIX administration at the command line. Ability to direct and execute client-side coding and theming with awareness around client / browser compliance issues and specific fixes. Familiar and comfortable with Agile / SCRUM development methodology. Ability to work and lead throughout a typical project lifecycle from requirements gathering through to delivery phases. * * And *Must-haves * - Lead Quality Assurance defect tracking and resolution for all projects - Ability to direct others as needed in Quality Assurance work - Well-versed and up to date with client-side platform / browser inconsistency issues - Good working familiarity with Fogbugz and JIRA defect and project management systems - Good working familiarity with Agile / SCRUM development methodology - Agency experience preferred * * *Day-to-Day * 5+ years of experience working with web based, project-driven quality assurance processes. Ability to define, direct, and implement a defect detection, tracking, and resolution methodology across all digital projects . Experience with defect resolution on LAMP, PHP, Drupal, mobile and social applications. Ability to conduct cross-functional testing on client side code with awareness around client / browser compliance issues and specific fixes. Familiar and comfortable with Agile / SCRUM development methodology. Ability to create and implement test plans and scenarios including load, stress, failover, and application-specific testing scenarios for load-balanced, redundant hosted solutions.
