Location: PA Duration: 6 Months *Short Description: * The applicant will be part of a development team that is responsible for development, support, and documentation of the TRaCS 10 product. Complete Description: Working under the guidance of a Senior Application Developer, the applicant will be responsible for programming, documenting, and unit testing code for the TRaCS project, as well as general email and telephone support to Troopers in the field. The Traffice and Criminal Software (TRaCS) is a field reporting system that allows states to automate paper-based forms and processes into eReporting and eFiling in an efficient and high value format. PA State Police has used TRaCS to automate and eFile all crash reporting with PennDOT and automate and eFile the Traffic Citation process with PA and the City of Philadelphia Court Systems. PA State Police is now in the process of updating the TRaCS software to the newest version in order to automate PSP Criminal Reporting. This endeavor is the primary work focus for the applicant. Programmers typically are involved in maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work. Programmers have a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported by the Application Team. The Programmer works with the Functional Architect and Technical Architecture Specialist on an as needed basis to ensure that design and code meets customer requirements. 8 plus years experience 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study with advanced study preferred. *All roles specified in PR3 plus the following: * •Converts scientific, engineering, and other technical problem formulations to formats that can be processed by computer. •Resolves symbolic formulations, prepares flowcharts and block diagrams, and encodes resultant equations for processing by applying extensive knowledge of branch of science, engineering, or advanced mathematics, such as differential equations or numerical analysis, and understanding of capabilities and limitations of computer. •This is a professional level non-supervisory position which may require coordination of programming activities being conducted by the team •Confers with other business and technical personnel to resolve problems of intent, inaccuracy, or feasibility of computer processing. •Works with necessary personnel to determine if modifications are necessary with interested personnel to determine necessity for modifications or enhancements. •Leverages excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop new business process and programming solutions as directed by business and technical stakeholders. •May coordinate activities of computer programmers. *Required / Desired Skills * Required / Desired Amount of Experience VB.NET MS Visual Studio 2008 Object Oriented Design, Stored Procedures Test Plans, and conducting software testing SQL Server 2005/2008 SSRS 2005/2008 Traffic and Criminal Software (TRaCS) ( Highly Desired ) XML and XSLT Incident Locator Tool (ILT)( Highly Desired ) Thanks and have nice day! ____________________________ *Deepak* American IT Associates Inc E-Mail:[email protected] Yahoo & Gtalk : deepu.handy www.aita-inc.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
