Position 1:
Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Remote Work
Duration – 1 Year
Must Have experience with NASCO NPS.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze, compare, document and present outcomes of records
and directing the Plan on what fields will meet their requirements or
if we need new fields to be added to each.
• Performs analysis to assess business and user needs
• Gathers, defines, and documents business and technical
requirements
• Recommends and coordinates development/enhancements to
meet customers' needs
• Defines the impacts of project objectives by using
industry knowledge and system specifications
• Create Plan-readiness criteria and assessment
• Promotes, recommends, and participates in process
improvement activities
Qualifications:
• Experience with NPS Purge Pend, Subscriber Master Record
(SMR) and Group Master Record (GMR) including element definitions,
etc.
• Previous experience working with customers and end users
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint software
tools
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to develop good, effective working relationships
with customers through minimal contact
• Exceptional attention to detail
Position 2:
Title: Facets BI Reporting Designer / Developer
Location: OR
No of Positions: 4
Duration: 3 to 9 months
Job Description:
Design and generate reports that provide insight into a business's
performance. Consulting team member on client or internal assignments
for product implementation, enhancement or integration projects. Works
on a variety of problems, some of complex scope, where analysis of
situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Brings
3-5 years of experience in software design, technical product support
or consulting.
Analyze and detail reporting requirements with business. Research
appropriate data source for solution. Provide technical requirements
for developers. Facets and healthcare knowledge are critical. SQL
skills preferred.
Position 3:
Title: Facets / Extension Developer
Location: Greenwood, CO
No of Positions: 2
Duration: 6 to 9 months.
Job Description:
1) 3 to 4 years Facets experience including experience on 4.41 or
greater.
2) Needs to have extensive working knowledge of the Facets
functionality, data model and the data hierarchy in Facets.
3) Needs to have experience using the batch import jobs that come with
Facets, MMS, XPF, XC, and UMI.
4) Ability to lead/facilitate business users and technical resources
in business requirements gathering, documenting business requirements
and obtaining sign off on the business requirements.
5) Ability to lead/facilitate technical resources in technical
specifications/design sessions, documenting technical specifications
and obtaining sign off on the technical specification/solution
design.
6) Knowledgeable of Facets Extensibility
7) Travel to client site (mid-west) required for client facing work
with the project team. When on site the schedule will be 12pm Monday
through 3pm Thursday.
POSITION : 4:
Title: Sr. Testing Analyst- Facets Testers
Number of openings: 3
Location: Denver, CO
Duration: 3 months
Functional tester – Who will be creating test cases, data, and
executing the test cases against the Facets 4.81 upgrade
Design and execution of functional test plans from scenarios for all
products during project engagements. Participate in reviews and audits
of product requirements, specifications, designs, code and test plans.
Gather metrics and publish test results for project engagements across
the Services organization and work with software development teams as
needed. Consulting team member on client or internal assignments for
product implementation, enhancement or integration projects. Works on
a variety of problems, some of complex scope, where analysis of
situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Brings
3-5 years of experience in software design, technical product support
or consulting.
