"Inter-Plan Teleprocessing Services"** ITS enables Blue plans across the country to exchange computerized membership, claims and reimbursement information. *Requirements:* Candidates MUST have prior experience leading ITS project(s). ITS is a BLUES only product. * Extensive understanding and experience in system development life cycle. * Strong background in mainframe and distributed platform development and testing procedures. * Have experience working with software vendors. * Have strong experience leading large technical projects. * Must have strong knowledge and prior experience in leading ITS projects.** * Knowledge of EDI ANSI X12 data is a plus. * Strong workgroup coordination and communication skills are required. * Proficiency in MS Office and Visio is required. * Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Department Preferences: * Ideal candidate will have healthcare application experience. * Previous experience in BCBSM IT is a plus. * Knowledge in Medicare / Medicare Advantage is a Plus.
