Position:  Project Manager IT Service Management (ITSM), with Application
Help Desk/Ticketing Management experience

Location: Burlington MA

Duration: 6+ months ( could go much longer)




This resource will manage the help desk ticketing system for multiple
applications including  ERP and CRM applications.



Familiarity and experience with, IT Service Management (ITSM), is the
practice of managing information technology systems through the use of
processes that align with business needs while delivering end-to-end
services to business customers and end users.





*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE: *

ERP, CRM application Helpdesk ticketing system management



*Client is running and it would be a plus if the resource has experience
with:*

Oracle EBS,

Oracle CRM OnDemand

Sharepoint

Footprint ticketing software, from Numara Software
