*Titile : Oracle Developer* *Location :NY* *Duration :6+months* *Position Description: * Sr. Database (Oracle) developer in Corporate System IT * * *Key Responsibilities: * This role is responsible for the following: Ø § Demonstrated strengths in analysis, design and implementation of large projects at major financial corporation(s), particularly in areas of Oracle and PL/SQL. Ø § Provide technology solutions that address business needs by developing applications within technology environments Ø § Knowledge of design patterns and best practices for high performance, scalable, extensible applications Ø § Ability to define interfaces that can be implemented by the programming team Ø § Contribute to the technical code documentation Ø § Design, develop, and implement code Ø § Implement fixes and enhancements Ø § Create Test Plans, Test Cases and perform unit and integration testing Ø § Support existing applications Ø § Involved in full life cycle of project Ø § Good verbal and written communication skills in dealing with IT end users Ø § Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Ø § Ability to utilize programming methodologies and languages Ø § Clear communication and documentation of technical specifications Ø § Efficient coding i.e. adhering to coding standards, procedures and techniques Ø § Effective analysis of new and existing applications and platforms Ø § Develop or re-use common or Credit Suisse methodologies, policies, standards, processes, tools. Ø § Coordinate with cross regional teams in, Americas, EMEA, APAC. Ø § Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; high level of communication and accuracy. Ø § Team player fostering a collaborative and cooperative approach to software development.
