Job Title: *Data Warehouse Analyst* Location: *Helena, AR*** Duration: *6+ months* * * *Data Warehouse Analyst* The Data Warehouse Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the data and assessment information system for all KIPP Delta schools. Specifically, the Data Warehouse Analyst (DWA) coordinates the acquisition, extraction, transformation, storage, security, reporting and analysis of data crucial to student achievement and operational excellence. Additionally, the DWA will serve as a key member of the Academic Team, ensuring that all students develop the intellectual habits and character traits needed to succeed in college and in life. The DWA will work collaboratively with various members of KIPP Delta's leadership team to interpret and share critical student performance data as well as satisfy operational and regulatory data requirements. The Data Warehouse Analyst reports to the Chief Academic Officer, is accountable to school leaders, and will work to support the schools' mission and culture of achievement. * * *Responsibilities:* · Design, develop, implement, and supervise processes in order to acquire, process, and improve data quality. · Apply appropriate statistical and analysis tools to organizational data and make meaningful interpretations, providing analysis of data to relevant staff teams. · Create the necessary analysis tools to facilitate data analysis and data mining performed by designated staff in the organization. · Coordinate dissemination of student performance information to the Academic Team, individual KIPP Delta schools and School Support Team. · Design, build, or oversee efforts in building reporting and dashboard systems. · Identify end-user education and training needs, and develop plan. · Ensures data information is universal and accessible to multiple schools · Facilitate and coordinate all logistical aspects of statistical reporting needs for regulatory agencies, The KIPP Foundation, and KIPP Delta funders and donor network. * * *Skills & Qualifications:* · Experience with and strong knowledge of data analysis techniques to interpret results; strong critical thinking skills · Significant experience with data modeling, database design, implementation and management. · Advanced knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) · Advanced knowledge of SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server 2005.
