Seven or more years experience in User-Centered interface design and development with a focus on web-based applications. 2. Detailed understanding of scalable web design architecture and backend service integration. 3. Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, AJAX, XML, CSS. 4. Experience in designing MS Visual Studio/ASP.NET/VB.NET based web application user interfaces. 5. Automation of UI functional test scenarios and understanding of unit test frameworks. 6. Experience in designing accessible Web presentation tier with Section 508 compliance. Detailed understanding of industry best practices in accessibility and knowledge of accessibility testing tools, such as JAWS and Bobby. *RESPONSIBILITIES: * - Design compelling, rich and scalable user interfaces for a large enterprise web application including; visual look & feel, graphics, styles, navigation, and layout. - Organize, conduct and lead user experience workshops with target user groups and related stakeholders. - Work with the application team leads and architects to design, implement, and maintain UI standards and guidelines. - Work with developers throughout the application development, testing, and implementation phases to ensure user interface integrity. EXPECTED DELIVERABLES: Transforms detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document. Designs long-term, reliable, and adaptive technical architectures.
