Ability to import CMDB data from text file (desired: with a scheduled job) - iii. Ability to manage extended CMDB data - iv. Ability to report on capacity and configuration data - v. Ability to interface with other internal tools in Apex workspace - Accept and process new requirements requests that includes - Provide 4 access levels to tool - Client - Technical Lead - AHS System Admin - Administrator - ii. Encrypted authentication against LDAP - iii. Allow each group to enter only the designated fields - iv. Calculate designated fields per requirement - v. Support the defined workflow - Migrate existing data into tool from the following sources: - CMRF (Apex tool in different workspace) - Migrated data from AHS spreadsheets - Migrated data from MyTeams request list - Include an audit trail that records - Approvals - Last update date/last updated by on specified fields - Documentation - Sufficient documentation to permit AHS staff to maintain the tool operationally - Table structure & field definitions - ii.
