Extensive knowledge of Interaction Routing Designer.. · Experience with *Genesys* *CCA* · Installation, configuration and development experience on Genesys Infomart a must. · Knowledge of *Genesys* *SDK* · Integration knowledge of *Genesys* CTI Solutions with IVR and Siebel CRM. · Experience in upgrading Genesys components to *Genesys 8*. *Preferably 2 project experience*. · Extensive hands on experience with debugging Tserver, URS and other Genesys components. · Telecom knowledge specially VoIP (Avaya) is a plus. · Understanding of NICE System, and Genesys Workforce Management System is a plus. · Knowledge of AIX/Sun Solaris UNIX and Win 2000 is a big plus. · Java programming knowledge experience is nice to have. · Experience with installation and configuration of Genesys Multimedia components is nice to have · Genesys CIV and DIV certifications a must.
