*Genesys Experience: *

·   7-8 years experience in *Genesys* Computer Telephony Integration
development.

·    Proven interpersonal skills working in a team environment, creating a
motivation for high achievement

·    Strong understanding of multi system, multi vendor,
multi-site Call Center environment.

·    Experience in installing and configuring *Genesys* Framework components
a must.

·    Experience with *Genesys 8* framework a must.

·    5+ years *Genesys* skill based routing experience. Extensive knowledge
of Interaction Routing Designer..

·    Experience with *Genesys* *CCA*

·    Installation, configuration and development experience on Genesys
Infomart a must.

·    Knowledge of *Genesys* *SDK*

·         Integration knowledge of *Genesys* CTI Solutions with IVR and
Siebel CRM.

·         Experience in upgrading Genesys components to *Genesys 8*.
*Preferably
2 project experience*.

·    Extensive hands on experience with debugging Tserver, URS and other
Genesys components.

·    Telecom knowledge specially VoIP (Avaya) is a plus.

·         Understanding of NICE System, and Genesys Workforce Management
System is a plus.

·         Knowledge of AIX/Sun Solaris UNIX and Win 2000 is a big plus.

·         Java programming knowledge experience is nice to have.

·         Experience with installation and configuration of Genesys
Multimedia components is nice to have

·         Genesys CIV and DIV certifications a must. Nice to have other
Genesys certification.

·         Experience in a financial industry nice to have.



*NICE Experience*

   - implementation, & configuration of *NICE* systems previously
   - Certified in and highly experienced with, *NICE* Systems as well as
   their supporting technologies
   - Knowledge of *NICE* CLS Systems
   - Proficient in troubleshooting in multi-platform environments
   - Knowledge and understanding of all layers of popular network protocols,
   including TCP, IP and Ethernet
   - Experience in installation, implementation and integration of
*NICE* Perform
   Interaction Capture, Recording and Reporting Systems
   - More than 4 project experience integrating NICE with Avaya CMS, Genesys
   CTI

*Virtual Hold Experience*



   - Strong Virtual Hold, installation, configuration and development
   experience
   - Ability to integrate Virtual Hold to Genesys Skill based routing
   environment
   - Proactively monitor for any service failure and suggest new ideas
   - Strong Genesys Routing experience.
   - Able to work independently and in team.
   - Virtual Hold upgrade experience is a must.
   - Understanding of multi site Genesys Contact center is a must.
