Job Title : Project Coordinator Location : Jersey City,NJ Duration : 12 months * Project Coordinator (MUST HAVE EXPERT LEVEL POWER POINT AND EXCEL) financial a plus Our client, a global brokerage house is looking for a project coordinator for a long term project. We are looking for an individual that has strong Power Point Presentation skills and experience with Project Coordination. We have several projects moving at the same time and would like to create a diary of all the day’s activity. This means that emails have to be reduced to a high level summary that is entered into a daily diary that the consultant would organize and maintain. The diary has to be up to the minute so the SVP can read a snapshot of the day’s activity. Responsibility would also include coordinating demos/presentations by the internal team; candidate would have access to Product Managers calendars and would schedule accordingly but with open dialog so there are no last minute requests. We are looking to change some of our existing Power Points to something a little more outstanding and eye-catching; the candidate needs to be creative; Must show PPT examples. Candidates must have expert level knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
