Preference is for someone with *Datacap experience*; if not then at least with 2-3 yrs experience in *implementing capture solution based on KoFax, Captiva, etc*. *Required Skills: * - 4-5 yrs experience in FileNet 4.x Content Manager (CM) design, development, and administration - 2-3 yrs capture development, administration, and configuration using IBM Datacap - 3-4 yrs development experience in FileNet 4.x CE .NET and/or WS APIs. - 3-4 yrs of strong development experience in .NET, JavaScript, XML processing, and Web Services - J2EE server Skills: Experience in administering WebSphere Application Server (7.x is preferred) - RDBMS: Must have good understanding of Relational Data Model.
