Depending on the issue, empower analyst to be self sufficient by giving them details on how to find and resolve the issue (this may not possible in every case). This analysis work contributes about 40% of work weekly. • Siebel Developer also needs to work on change requests that may come up to resolve system defects for the next scheduled release and 50% of the time should be dedicated to this on weekly basis. • Siebel Developer needs to checks system logs proactively and see if there are any errors.
