*Skill set requirements* § Excellent communication skills. Self-starter and able to work independently § Experience in leading on-site or off-shore load and performance team members. § Detailed experience with Load and Performance Testing Methodologies § Experience in systems validation in all phases of the project life-cycle (design - development – deployment – production). § Experience in working directly with customers in defining validation requirements, project objectives, and scope and validation strategy. § Test Plan creation and implementation § Experience in requirements gathering and research using a variety of sources such as internal business analysts, end-users, and developers § Experience with HP Knowledgebase and LoadRunner message boards and groups § Experience in contributing to “Go or No Go” decisions based on load and performance test results § Familiarity with identifying business systems bottlenecks and performance tuning *Technical Expertise* § HP LoadRunner and components, with over 6 years of experience § Experience in installation of Controller, VuGen, and Generators § Experience with ERP/CRM/WEB applications including Siebel 7.x/SAP/Oracle 11i. § Experience in using various LoadRunner protocols Ex: Web, Siebel, Oracle NCA, RTE, Java, .Net …etc § Testing Tools: HP’s LoadRunner, Diagnostics, and Performance Center § RDBMS: Oracle § Languages: C, HTML § Unix Systems: Should be experienced working on unix based systems. Ex. Basics of unix commands, should be able to execute sh/perl scripts …etc § MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, MS Outlook * LoadRunner Specific Requirements* § VuGen and script parameters o Ability to translate business transactions into Vuser scripts o Ability to solve typical scripting problems (i.e. Auto and manual Correlation, parameterization, compilation) o Use WDiff for manual correlation; read extended logs for correlation purposes o Write custom functions using C as required.
