We are basically looking for candidates with the below 3 major
qualifications:
1. Academically very strong – got a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree
from one of the top universities (either in US or abroad) with a good CGPA
2. Previously worked with a top name – For experiences candidates we
are looking for people who have worked in companies like
Google, Linkedin, Amazon, Microsoft, Yahoo, Zynga etc. (and a
lot of them) where front end engineering is deep rooted.
The number of years of experience does not matter
3. Hands-on Front End engineering experience and passion
*Skills:*
Requires 3+ years in presentation layer development for an enterprise level
and high traffic web environments.
Advanced fluency in Javascript, HTML, DHTML, CSS, AJAX, JSON, and HTTP.
Advanced knowledge of MVC, OOP, and object oriented programming design
paradigms. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Good experience developing and resolving issues with multiple browsers and
multiple platform development.
Good experience with and understanding of AJAX and object oriented
Javascript frameworks such as jQuery YUI, Dojo, MooTools, or GWT.
Experience with JAVA
