QA Lead - Strong QA lead experience - Strong advocate for QA - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent project / task planning skills - QC 9.2 and QC 11 experience - Any experience testing on Tandem and Unisys including knowledge of TACL (Tandem Advanced Common Language) is a big plus - QTP experience will be a huge plus (we have some QTP scripts in place and I am hoping the offshore resources can help us build on these scripts) - QA lead / management experience (including managing schedules for multiple projects simultaneously) - Excellent communication skills (they will be working closely with our Business managers) - Excellent understanding of QA methodologies - Ability to work well under pressure and maintain professionalism - they will occasionally need to calmly and professionally 'stand their ground' on behalf of QA when requirements are not clear, dev dates slip, etc. - Prior onshore / offshore experience including training of offshore resources The requirements documents for these client implementations can be quite intricate, so it is imperative that we have folks that can understand complex requirements and can clearly and precisely document test cases for these requirements. We also need candidates who are able to 'stand their ground' and speak up on behalf of QA in meetings with project managers, dev managers, et In addition, we need individuals with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
